Whole House Inspection

The Inspection will take roughly two to four hours, depending on the size of the home. We invite you to join us on the inspection, ask questions, and learn more about your home. We inspect the roof and exterior of the home, including decks, fences, grading, landscaping, driveways, and much more. Moving to the interior of the home, we move room by room, including the basement and attic spaces. Looking at ceilings, walls, doors and windows, electrical, plumbing, insulation, heating and air conditioning systems, and more.

After the inspection we will go over our findings and answer any questions you might have. You will receive a copy of the inspection via e-mail and also a onsite computerized report with digital photographs and illustrations to help explain any findings.
